Abstract
The article compares the content of the norms of the Customs code of the Customs Union and the proposed Eurasian economic Commission of the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union, governing the appointment and conduct of customs examination. Assesses changes in legislation on the examination prescribed under the customs control.
